Target Audience
Teachers and educational professionals from countries participating in the Erasmus+ program (28 EU countries, Turkey, Croatia, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Macedonia), employees from kindergardens, trainers and teachers who work in adult education. Perfect for participants receiving a grant for Erasmus+.

Teachers, adult educators, coaches, trainers and therapists who work with different groups in different fields. Facilitators leading groups in management, team building and personality development. Organizations working with people with international background, migrants and/or ethnic minorities, social workers – all bodies and movement experience levels are welcome.

Tanz der Kulturen e.V. is designing tailor-made training with topics in line with the priorities of the European Union.

Stephanie Bangoura (dance-pedagogue, gestalt-therapist) and Massa Dembele (musician)

Areas of Focus
How to create relationships, non-verbal communication, dance in dialogue with live music, voice, body centered methods, leading and following, creative expression, emphasizing strengths, mindfulness, how to create a safer space, how to agree on common values.

Certificate
Upon completion, you will receive a participation certificate of the contents learnt. The training is recognized by the International Dance Council and has
AZAV certification.

Scope
Our Creative Movements Methode can be applied in the fields of music, theatre, circus, dance, yoga, health care, burnout prevention, resilience and stress management as well as in any socio-cultural educational work. With your certificate, you have a theoretical and practical foundation to guide movement and dance in groups in a sensitive and personality-strengthening manner. Depending on previous professional experience, the application of the contents learnt is possible in the following areas: schools (dance schools, socio-cultural educational work), health care, management: team building and personality development.
